Hello doctor,
My head got a minor scratch from rusted metal window. Need a tetanus injection to avoid chances of infection.

Sir, If you have finished primary immunisation, you should take inj. Tetanus toxoid every 10 years

No harm in getting a tetanus shot...go to any nearby government hospital and they wil give u one for free .its a single shot intramuscular injection.
