I had a covid last mnth mad after that I did my chest xray and crp test both are normal but still sometime when my chest hurts like in centre or somewhere then I get nervous that whether my lungs are infected or not .
What to do in such cases.should I again go for xray

It’s psychological. Do breathing exercises . If still getting thoughts needs counseling and some anxiolytics medications
