Need a Chiropractor/osteopath
I need a chiropractor for my better alignment. I have regular knots on my back on daily basis. My back and body is very stiff. I have had back pain ( ranging from neck to the tail bone ) at different points of time in past 10 years. The latest was coccydynia last year when my tail bone bent inwards. Since then I have had problems in sitting for more than 30 mins ( those 30 mins are barely 30 mins. ) . I have a chronic pain slightly above my left hip and extremely side to my left lower back which normally occurs when a sit . It can even be felt if a stand up ( only in that area) not going to my legs or knees. I have problem in bending both my legs( while lying down ) and doing the child pose. Normally when I start jumping rope ( because I have to lose weight for my back problems ) , the pain starts after I take a rest from such activities. I can though run or jump rope or do yoga but after a while the pain starts and I have to stop. I have pains when I sit down in the morning to poop.

You first require to work on your posture. Your tall height is making you do things in a slouched posture thereby the pains. Also your height compels you to sit in odd postures with your legs. This is leading to weakness of your muscles and using these weak muscles the same way is causing irritability in them, the knots. When you do jumping or running beyond the tolerance capacity of the leg muscles they give you pain.
Next Steps
work on posture, ergonomics in every aspect of your daily activities and do appropriate stretching exercises followed by strengthening.
Health Tips

Well I don't think chiropracter can help you. You basically needs proper evaluation and guidance to treat with a an orthopedic spine surgeon. I would suggest you to have video consultation with me.
