I feel a strong pain in my back of head continues for 5-6 days all time, and neck also... I feel numbness in my foot,leg after bath. I feel my stool are not happen properly... Feel tired..

For headache you can take Tab Parasafe 1gm SOS. Also supplement it with Rejunex CD3 1 tab once daily for 1 month. Exercise and meditation along with adequate rest will also help.
