Dear friend, You seem to have cervical spondylosis. Pls follow my suggestions,
1) While working on a computer pls sit in the right posture (refer net for the right posture)
2) Your monitor must be at the level of your eye sight or 2 inches lower ( not higher or not lower)
3) Neck physiotherapy from a professional physiotherapist
Follow these for 15 days. If symptoms continue visit an orthopaedic surgeon near you for xray and further investigation.Hope this helps. Regards
