Neck pain and tightness while looking down,, Slight dizziness Tension headaches above temples ,, Light and sound sensitivity ,, The above stated r d problems facing since 2 months ,, which indeed is causing anxiety ,, all the X-rays r normal,, Wat cud b d problem,, is there any cure for this condition, pls reply I'm desperate,,
