Hi, i can feel two lymph nodes..one on either side of my neck.one benath the ear on left and one on the posterior side of neck on the right side.they can be felt only when pressed deep.they are within 1 cm, not hard but not too soft .if i put pressure it pains as in the presssure pain.i ve post nasal drip issue and a diverted septum as chronic problem.i dont have fever night sweat or weight loss.however i have a slight ana positive at 1:40 titre and i am on hcqs 200 for last 2 month.kindly advise if anything to worry.

Cervical lymph node enlargement is very common during or after viral upper respiratory tract infection. Especially in your case infra auricular and posterior group of nodes gets enlarged frequently. Unless they are more than 1 cms there is no need to worry. You can get fine needle aspiration cytology of the nodes to confirm the diagnosis
