Neck pain with upper limb paresthesia
Consulted so many doctors for this but still i am having same problem taking vit b12 ,shelcal , vit d also but now this uneasiness in left arm i feel like cutting this arm Please suggest me what to do i am in very much pain Doctors says its because of vit b12 , vit d deficiency Apart from this nobody advised anything I want this paresthesia /uneasiness to be cured I m doing yoga exercises also but no relief
