Neck pain due to wip lash
I met an accident and had a sudden jerk to my neck. I had tingling sensations to my right hand after 8 days of accident. I have MRI report, want to know how major impact this jerk have on my discs.

Hi, Except for the old degenerative changes their is nothing to worry . For paraspinal spasm apply some gel and hot fomentation thrice a day.
