Neck pain and stretch in head and back
Neck pain and stretch in head and back but is sometimes only not regular. If I use moov then it's make me relief but occur again. Also feel irritated.

If your are working for long duration on chair,travelling aloy on two wheeler Please visit doctor to rule out cervical spondylosis
