I have been experiencing pain in my neck for almost 2 months now. This sometimes is leading to headache. Could this be some sort of tumour of neck or brain?

no this doesn't seem to be due to tumor. you need to consult some neurophysician. a detailed history and examination will help in knowing the cause.
