Neck Pain and headache
Having pain in back side of head to neck since yesterday, also Slight body pains. No Fever,no cough and cold. Can I use ecospirin 325 mg, as I am having in my home right now. I can't go out as it's curfew outside and all shops were closed. Please advise.

Yes u can ..but nowadays aspririn not prefred and 325 is a low dose   aspirin hve only anti platelet action..u have to to 1 gm or 2 gm aspirin to get analgesic property

Don’t take Ecosprin ... Better apply ointment lime Rumalaya Gel at the site of pain ... U can start some medicines like Vit B 12 & Vit D and can advise medicines for pain also ... Let’s chat so I can advise proper medications ..

This looks like  'simple' or 'mechanical' neck pain . Neck pain is more common in people who spend much of their working day at a desk, with a 'bent-forward' posture. Headache as you described does not look complicated, most likely simple headache
Next Steps
Medicine :  Ecosprin  - 325 mg 3 times for 2-3 days Side effect- Might get heart burn Pay attention to posture and core muscles. Sleep on two pillows or fewer.
