Neck cervical
I just want to ask that tying up your hair really high such as a high hair bun or pony is not allowed by a doctor to a neck cervical patient as it my result in severity of the neck cervical. Is it true? Do doctors generally tell this to their cervical patients as a way to feel relieved?

No tying high pony in younger individual doesn't cause any kind of neck problem. If someone says this it is completely foolish.
