Neck and shoulder pain can't sit for lon
Neck and shoulder pain starting from back of the head..due to lockdown can't go to mysore to consult a neurologist..it's been 4 to 5 months suffering from this pain..but it wasn't continuous ..it use to stop for some days in between and again starts .please suggest some good treatment...doctors advised me to get MRI screening but I cannot afford it..iam afraid of it too..thinking what would be the outcome..I consulted online doctor..they prescribed me Cap Duzela 20 ..my pain was reduced for some extent but I got head dis comfort ..it might be side effect.

As you have mentioned only neck pain not radiation of pain in hands, no weakness.you can do following. 1. Avoid soft pillow ( keep a bedsheet folded 4 times). 2. Isometric neck excercise. 3. Duzela is anti anxiety, you need some analgesic with muscle relaxnt. 4. Hot fomentation also helps. These are for temporary use only.
