Neck and scalp itching

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been observing itching at the back of my head ,especially the end where hair ends, and upper portion of neck.There are no visbile rashes aexcept very minor redness . I have tried using Betnovate skin cream ocassionally and it reduces the itching for some time.However,it returns after some time on non-application of it. Please advise some cream for it and its dossage. Thanks.
