Neck and Back sprain

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have this neck and back sprain since 6 days now. It suddenly started when i was going to take a shower. I went to noble hospital hadapsar pune and the doctor gave me 2 injections and medicine.. it was better since the 3rd day and suddenly started from 5th day again.. it still pains when i move my neck here on one side(left).. It did not start due to improper sleeping position but yes it pains more during night since last 2 days What is the reason for such musle sprain and how it can be cured?

May be its may be a muscle strain or pain due to bad posture or may be mattress problem. According to me injections is not required for this type of pain. Now if you have any tenderness then apply icepack or otherwise hot water fermentation is useful
