Neck and back pain.
I have pain at upper neck, near to the place where the head and neck meet. It give momentary increase in pain if I happen to move a bit fast or sneeze. Also there is pain at mid and lower back.

Hello, Overuse, such as too many hours hunched over your computer or smartphone, often triggers muscle strains. Even minor things, such as reading in bed or gritting your teeth, can strain neck muscles.Injuries like whiplash injury ,spondylitis , can also cause . Head ache with neck pain suggest tension headache ,migraine . Consult orthopedic surgeon with x Ray of spine .
