  3. Neck & headache. Of laptop. please help.

Hi There, It starts with neck pain or backside of head and after an hour or two sever headache will start. It usually happens when I start my Monday in Office sitting in front of laptop. Please help. Thanks in advance ! And yes, before neck pain it will be like snake is rattling on neck (dunno how to say in your terminology😉) Praveen

Hello there... I understand your concern... There are many possible reasons for your pain which has to be taken care....it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints,trauma,poor posture,degenerative diseases,muscle strain...you have to take breaks in between the work and practice yoga and do regular exercise which relaxes and strengthen your neck muscles... Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
