Report Summary:
Motor Nerve Conduction (MNC):
• Common Peroneal Nerves (CPN) (both legs):
• Reduced CMAPs (weaker electrical response)
• Slowed conduction velocity
• Prolonged latencies (delay in nerve signal transmission)
• Tibial Nerves (both legs):
• Also showed reduced conduction velocities and prolonged latencies
Sensory Nerve Conduction (SNC):
• Superficial Peroneal Nerves (both sides):
• No SNAPs obtained (no measurable sensory signal)
• Sural Nerves (both sides):
• Reduced SNAPs (weakened sensory signals)
F-Wave (a late motor response):
• Within normal limits for all sampled nerves
⸻
Impression (Diagnosis):
“Bilateral sensorimotor neuropathy of the sampled lower limb nerves.” I am having
diabetes level 350 and Bp 170/110, pulse 105 plus always,
creatinine 1.37, proteinuria, For the past 6 months my both foot and it's toes are so painful, numbness, and burning. The NCS has shown some abnormality. Is it reversible?
