Nave pain and lower abdomen pain
I get lot of ear pressure especially when I eat food ...burning throat ..and feels something stuck in my throat .. consistent clearing throat mucus.. doctor diagnosed as LPR so I'm taking Magalcid MPS and pantocid-L for 3 days but when I eat toor daal my ear pressure gets worsen... Please tell how long it will take to cure my prblm..also I have pain in my lower abdomen area from a month and navel area pain from 5-6days ...

Clinical examination needed as examination and history can't be replaced. As per your complaint possibly reflux /LPR Just do lifestyle and dietary modification. Small and frequent meals Avoid alcohol, smoking if any, excessive oily food specially free fat and trans fats,  chocolate,  carbinatives , beverages , tea,  coffee,  prolonged fasting, Plenty of water like  3-4 litter if no contraindications High fiber diet like salads green vegetables and fruits if no contraindications Regular exercise like brisk walk with profusely sweeting Do meditation to reduce anxiety and stress. Avoid heavy meals for evening hours Keep 2-3 hours gap between last meal and sleeping time Chew your food well before swellow Keep head end of bed higher side with help of blocks over bed feets Tab pantocid L twice day half hour before breakfast and before dinner for 2 week Syp GAVISCON 10 ml thrice a day after meal Consult gastrontenteroloist if symptoms persist as may need blood test and Endoscopic +- ultrasound abdomen
