Nauseousness
When I lay down on my stomach I get really nauseous and I get random cramps when I'm not even close to having my period

It could be because of gastritis. Eat breakfast first thing in the morning. Have small portions in every 3-4 hours. Drink lots of water. Avoid spicy and outside food. You can take some antacid in morning for few days to help
