Nausea feeling
Hello all, I'm from Hyderabad. I'm 26 years old. Unmarried. I manage a startup. I can't sleep soon in the night so I have started doing lot of physical exercises everyday. So these days I'm sleeping pretty early. But while doing all these I'm getting blurry vision or dizziness feeling pretty often. It's more worse when ever I try to get up from down or bend my head to lift something. I have a shoulder pain due to bad sitting posture. But what's happening I don't know. I'm kind of thinking about this from long time. Is there anything that you guys could suggest? I'm a vegetarian so I don't get much of proteins in a day. My gym trainer told me to have more protein intake so I don't feel dizziness. Is that true? Can anyone suggest? Thanks in Advance.

I think you are getting vertigo issues due to your neck postures. Visit a chiropractor and he can guide you with few good exercises. See if you feel better after that or not. Then you can consult any of us for diet counseling.
