Nausea, fatigue, faint, stomach pain
I've been feeling very faint nauseous and fatigued over the last 3 months. I have pressure in the head and ringing in my ears when it's at its worst full stop I have trouble eating and have strong pains whenever I eat. I have a complete lack of appetite which is made worse by the constant nausea. I feel extremely weak most of the time and have fainted twice in the last three weeks. I have trouble completing daily tasks sometimes like showering or going to the shops. It is impacting my life a lot

Do CBC BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS FASTING AND POSTMEAL and Thyroid function test and glycosylated haemoglobin, do serum creatinine, serum electrolytes and liver function test. Do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
