Sweating and fainting
Suddenly I start to sweat and I dont feel my palms. Then I feel anxiety and I faint. This is the 3rd time its has happened. I take healty meals and on time but still it is happening. Please share the cause and the precautions to be taken.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I woukd suggest you get your blood pressure, haemoglobin level and blood sugar level. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks and tab. Livogen-z once a day after food for a month  High protein diet. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

please check your Hb level, blood pressure. it may be due to hypoglycemia or stress. low Hb can cause frequent fainting or giddiness like feeling. increase your liquid intake, take proper sound sleep.
