  4. Nausea and vomiting. Doesn't got fine.

My dad went through angioplasty 3 weeks before and on medications currently. He complained about acidity and even vomitted today morning after taking medications. He was also given Omeprazole every morning in empty stomach still it doesn't got fine.

You should visit your cardiologist. It might be gastritis but need to rule out heart issue also.
