3 Stents angioplasty done
Hi my dad was undergoing normal health check up due to abnormality in TMT report angiography was suggested and on same day angioplasty was done has doctor told there was blockage with one being 65 ,one 95 and one at 80 percent he never had complained chest pain earlier but used to feel tired very soon will this help him will there be any side effects of this can he lead a normal life style like earlier pls advise

Ya it will definitely help in relieving the symptoms ie tiredness n future cardiac events.

Definitely it will help him have a better quality of life. Any intervention is associated with its share of complications, though it occurs in a small percentage of patients. Risk of restenosis resulting in a need for repeat intervention(PCI/CABG), etc will remain but you can't lose sleep over it. You need to take all prescribed medications,including blood thinners and undergo lifestyle modifications as suggested by your cardiologist.

Hello, Yes this will definitely be of benefit to him as many times subtle symptoms are missed. Removing the blocks will improve his quality of life. He just need to be consistent with a good lifestyle and medicines as per doctor’s advice. Never change or stop medicines on your own Take care
