Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy

Hey Dr. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I have severe nausea and vomiting.my Dr. Gv me dominate BT it didn't wrkd thn thy suggested me to take emeset 4 twice a day before food. BT still I have nausea and vomiting whole night. What should I do now please suggest
