Nausea and acidity
Hi I'm 19yrs old and type 1 diabetic. My diabetes is in good control , I often feel nauseous and have acidity . Whenever I have exams my stomach gets irritated and I get acidity + nausea . I also burp a lot , it feels good when I burp . Also I panic sometimes because of my nausea and can't vomit .
Can I take eno ? Please suggest a syrup and what should I do to fix this . I have this problem for a year now but not daily. I don't eat spicy food.
