Hi I'm 19yrs old and from last 1 year I have a fear of vomiting. I start panicking whenever I have nausea and can't puke even when I try . I just can't puke . Somedays I can't eat anything because of nausea
I'm also diabetic type 1 but my sugar levels are in normal range.
