  4. NASH problem. How much i am in danger?

6 weeks ago, my sgot was 67,and sgpt 186,in last week fibroscan done, result is mean stiffness is 8.1 kpa. HIV,hcv and hbsg is non reactive. Is it NASH. What should I do. How much I am in danger?
