I have nasal spectum Devited to right with spur am already used nasal spray and more medicine and steam inhalation but haeadche not cure am attached CT scan and endoscopy report

Hi.. If the medical management is not helping, then surgical correction of nasal septum should be considered. Its a small procedure called Septoplasty. Along with that if any turbinate hypertrophy can also be adressesd simultaneously.

Please undergo Endoscopic Nasal Surgery with Adenoidectomy. This should help resolve your issue. After surgery, you will need to use the same nasal sprays etc for about 6 months. Your problem is that your nasal sprays are not reaching the diseased portions of your nose and sinuses due to the deviated nasal septum and spur. Surgery will solve that problem. The persistent Adenoids are also another source of infection so also best removed in same sitting.
