Nasal problem
I have had a bad cold for a few days. No cough or fever. Sometimes at night while sleeping due to blocked nose it becomes difficult to breathe. Very cold inside. Blowing the nose or clearing the throat causes phlegm/cold.Sometimes after clearing a runny nose I often poke my nose with my finger. This is a bad habit of mine. But I see that suddenly once a day or when I forcefully blow my nose, a small drop of blood comes out of the right nostril with a cold. I am terribly worried. My family, neighbors and a nearby doctor also said it was normal. This is what happens when you are very cold inside. They said it is “chorakof" or “the cold that is too much inside "in our local language. Is that right??
