Nasal mucus, breathing problem

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have been having this nasal mucus for more than 5yrs. Difficult to breathe,blocked nose_ lack of smell and I just started using zyncet (2 morning and 2 @night) due to it complications. Advice me on what to do or on any other effective drugs to use
