Nasal injury
My dog ran into me while running really fast. She was wearing her muzzle and knocked me to the ground. I bled from my nose for 10 to 15 minutes before it subsided. I went to the ER and they stated there was nothing they could do until the swelling went down. Do I need to seek additional medical advice?

They are right we can't do any intervention till the swelling subsides.
While till then you can have a x-ray of nasal bone ,do cold fomentation of the nose and take the advised medications.
