I had slight fever and weakness few days back, now feel fine now after 5 days of medication, and loss of taste is slowly recovering But loss of smell still not recovering, My nose feels very heavy and sometimes painful, Don't have runny nose, what should I do

Drink plenty of fluids, minimum 3liters per day.. Do steam inhalation,salt water gargling,monitor your symptoms.. record temperature and oxygen levels every 6th hourly.. if symptoms doesn't subside please get covid test RTPCR done
