I am 4 and half month pregnant. I have nasal. Congestion whenever i lie down my nose gets blocked and i cant sleep. Does meta nasal spray is safe during pregnancy? Can i take it

u can take but only for a shorter duration of time..for 5 days..its a steroid .instead u can use saline nasal spray
