Nasal bone broken?
Hi, My daughter had a fall/trauma incident over couple of stairs and there were bruises on her nose. We had an Xray done and the radiologist/ENT folks are uncertain if its a broken bone or a forming one since shes still around 3Yrs old and that it would fuse in couple months. Please check and assist.

There is undisplaced fracture noted in nasal bone. Avoid manipulation over it. It will heal on itself

It does not seem like a fracture but since she is 3yrs old, it cannot be confirmed. However, even it is a fracture, it is undisplaced. Hence management will be conservative only. No need for surgery
