The one passage of nose is always blocked. it gives difficulty in breathing especially during sleeping. when i do walking, running then both nasal passage remains open but when i sit or take rest then one passage gets blocked .

dear this is suggestive of lack of chewing habits , start chewing the gum or stop taking rice as you swallow rice without chewing , start taking chapatis , iron rich diet are also helpful in this
