Nails and hail breakage
Hair looks dull, very dry and frizzy . Nails breaks easily, grown nails break with slight pressure. I have tried every product,even natural remedies for my hairs but nothing works

Hair and nail dullness could be predominantly due to nutritional reasons there's no doubt there are a lot of products which can help and we can prescribe but the basic building block of hair and nail is the right mixture of proteins and certain nutrients I would strongly recommend new ca Dermatologist and start a professional treatment but even before that you must evaluate nutritional status. just evaluate how much protein are you consuming baby and is there in a b vitamins in your daily diet otherwise specific supplementation would be required.
