Nail side skin dry

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hi! On my right and left hand thumb nail side skin becomes dry and spreading further. Now dry skin issue spreading to other fingers also. Total affected finger 5. Feeling very scary about this please suggest early solution. Regards, Sourav.
