  4. Nail problem. But my mail look horrible.

I don't know something happened to my toe nail. Few months back it started paining from root for which i took infection medicine and pain killer as there was swelling too. Now sincefew days i saw this. Please advise what to do. There isno pain. But my mail look horrible.
