  4. Nail growth. Is this normal?

My toenail fell off mid July due to a injury, I allowed it it fall off on its own and the bottom half of the nail grew back normal- the top half almost looks rusted and has a yellow tint, it looks pitted and looks to have stopped growing. Is this normal?
