Nagging knee pain
My knee hurts for almost 6 months after cycling up the mountain for a longer time and using heavy gears. It hurts when walking, cycling, climbing stairs. It also has cracking or popping noise when I bend it. I tried exercises that helps for knee pain but still didn't relieve the pain. I'm 22 years old.
