If I work on my laptop , I start getting head pressure within an hour. The longer I keep working, the worse it gets. If I stop working, it starts to get better.
I drove for about 2 hours the other day and didn’t get this headache. Though I felt a bit fatigued and had mild sleepiness for the first 30 mins.
This also requires me to concentrate and focus.
Is it my neck, eyes or posture or literally intolerance to screens / lack of brain power? What’s giving me this head pressure ? This started for me post viral back in 2023 and I haven’t been able to work since then because of this head pressure. It’s everyday.
I have other triggers as well- lifting, bending, lying down with my head touching the pillow. I wake up with head pressure everyday. It gets better within 1-2 hours of getting up and moving around.
