Myospas tablet in 2nd trimester Pregnant
I have been prescribed Myospas (Composition- Paracetamol 500mg + Chlorzoxazone 250mg) tablet for 2 days due to severe back pain problem.I am 17 weeks pregnant in 2nd trimester.My urine routine,urine culture,USG lower and upper abdomen are normal,Internal OS is closed and cervix length is also normal. Is Myospas safe in pregnancy in 2nd trimester for back pain or some alternative safer medicine in pregnancy can be taken?
