My medical exam is in march of ssc cpo si. i have power of -.50 and -.75. never used specs. how to recover in 2 months pls suggest. I am 25. Pls i need suggestion. Is there any other option than laser surgery.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise or diet to get rid of glasses This is a very small power... I don't recommend lasik for this small power

You have to use glasses/ Contact lenses.If not then LASER. www.icareclinic.in
