Myopia reversal possible?
I am myopic person with current prescription being -4.25 left eye and -4.75 right eye. I want to reduce my spectacle number and I have read a lot about behavioral optometry. Can anybody tell me if there is any eye specialist in India - specifically near Pune or Bangalore - who believes in behavioral optometry and can advice on the matter?

Hello, behavioural optometry has less scientific evidence for it's methods. The data support for it is very low. Rather than that there are options like LASIK surgery to reduce your myopia. Hope this helps.
