Eat healthy nutritious diet.
Continue glasses and myatro drops as suggested.
Get eyes tested biannually.

Good protein diet(Pulses, milk, cheese soyabean), green leafy vegetables, banana, carrot are good for eye health.
Minimum possible work on mobile and other devices. Encourage outdoor games.
Using proper number of specs.
Continue myatro eye drops as advised.
