i have try sinerest and antibiotic. after few days problem come back again.

Some more history is needed for better understanding of your wife's condition.
However if it's only Sneezing and Nasal Discharge, and if it's recurring as you have mentioned, it could be Allergic Rhinnitis.
Treatment for Allergic Rhinnitis is different, and usually no need for any antibiotics and plain Sinerest will not help her.
Consult a physician near by for physical examination and appropriate treatment.
