Hello ma'am,
I really appreciate your courage to have successfully recovered from two major surgeries.
As far as your current ultrasound report is concerned, it could be 'Adenomyosis'.
Adenomyosis is a condition in which the endometrium lining the uterus from the inside, migrates into the myometrium (muscle layer). The displaced tissue continues to act as it normally would- thickening, breaking down and bleeding in each menstrual cycle. It can result in an enlarged uterus and heavy painful periods.
Adnomyosis on USG is typically seen as heterogenous myometrial echotexture, as is your USG report.
Next Steps
It is not a malignant condition. So you need not worry. And it reasonably regresses after Menopause.
Dont panic. Followup with your Gynecologist.
Have a speedy recovery.
God bless.
